Business is incredibly unresponsive when needing to modify something after booking. I needed to cancel and rebook for an earlier date with more kids (more money for them) and received, "The booking is canceled, thank you". This was two weeks after initial question to increase amount of children. Expect poor customer service and ensure you get everything correct on their website when booking. The truck was cool, clean and fun!  Our gang of 9 and 10 year olds were very entertained.  The setup was quick.  The truck arrived early.  Lots of laughter from the kiddies. The truck driver/facilitator was friendly.

Unfortunately, there was a mixup on our booking times - I requested a specific time for the party through a form on the website.  They responded with a summary of my request including my desired time and said “your booking is confirmed.”  They sent over a payment link and we paid… but they didn’t mention that they had booked the party an hour earlier! The payment info page listed this new time…  we just didn’t notice it until the night before. I didn’t think to look because their first email made me think the request was confirmed at the time listed. It worked out fine in the end, but it was a mad scramble to get the kids to come earlier.  It could have been really bad if we hadn’t realized the discrepancy.

The games on truck team could not be reached by phone in the days leading up to the party.  Voicemail was full. They never picked up.

The boys loved the truck and play games together.

We reserved the games on truck for my sons 7s bday. The kids went craaaazy when the truck showed up. Seriously a great experience! They shows up right when they said they would and only needed 5min to set up. Kevin and Alex were awesome with the kids explaining the rules and guiding them through, plus the time they were in there gave me some time to clean up the house from the (pre)party!  Correspondence leading up to the event was alriiiight but strictly by email. I would have preferred a call to save on all the back and forth but maybe that's not their style?! lol All in all it was a great experience though, and I would definitley recommend them.
